I wish I could give it 11 and not just 10. Super clean, completely surrounded by nature with beautiful views, snd Satenik was a perfect host! We also had a delicious dinner prepared for us by her and we highly recommend that too! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!

I recently returned to this amazing hotel in Armenia with my family, and it was fantastic! We received a room upgrade with stunning views—it felt like a dream! The modern, spotless accommodations and the attention from the owners made our stay exceptional. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, and the evening bonfire gatherings with other guests were wonderful. I can't think of anything to improve; everything was perfect. I hope to return someday! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The environment was very clean and peaceful. Even though I was late checking in, they were very kind and waited for me و And the atmosphere was very lovely and quiet. I would go there again and would not be interested in trying anywhere else in the area. ****Highly recommended.****

The hotel was amazing, we spend two days in very relax mood, it was like haven place, the staff was very helpful specially, Mr., Newark really he is very nice guy every time asking us if we need any help. The hotel was provide a lot of interesting activities like valley ball playing area, fire barbecue area, dancing area and swimming area. Really I am planning to come back soon to the same hotel in coming days and I am recommend the same hotel to my friends and other relatives. This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also

The owner was super helpful and friendly though it was hard for us to communicate, he didn’t speak English well and I can’t speak Armenian nor Russian, but he still tried his best to make me feel comfortable.

Our stay at Hovk Farms was outstanding! From the time we arrived Gevorg arranged and greeted us at the property and showed us around, he was available, should we have required anything. We stayed here from the 18th - 25th June 2025. Everything was clean and presentable throughout. The BBQ, outside fire pit, log burner, sauna and the amazing bathtub was exceptional. Views from inside and outside were just breathtaking and to gaze up at the stars through the huge panoramic skylight windows was just beautiful. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. Special thanks to Gevorg for his assistance during our stay.

The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!

Milenium magic villas on Sevan beach is a recently renovated villa in Sevan, where guests can make the most of its private beach area and garden.
