I recently returned to this amazing hotel in Armenia with my family, and it was fantastic! We received a room upgrade with stunning views—it felt like a dream! The modern, spotless accommodations and the attention from the owners made our stay exceptional. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, and the evening bonfire gatherings with other guests were wonderful. I can't think of anything to improve; everything was perfect. I hope to return someday! This is the best place to lodge around Lake Sevan. Walking distance from the lake and the hotel's restaurant. A very peaceful place to stay.

Great place for a day or a few days to escape from your rushed life. The surrounding are beautiful but there is not much to do so we planned this stay to do nothing but relax at pool and beach and it was great because we are doing a busy roadtrip. The manager marek is very helpful and the indian guys also work hard to keep the propety clean and running. I can recommend this place for a few days to anyone

This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also

Our stay at Hovk Farms was outstanding! From the time we arrived Gevorg arranged and greeted us at the property and showed us around, he was available, should we have required anything. We stayed here from the 18th - 25th June 2025. Everything was clean and presentable throughout. The BBQ, outside fire pit, log burner, sauna and the amazing bathtub was exceptional. Views from inside and outside were just breathtaking and to gaze up at the stars through the huge panoramic skylight windows was just beautiful. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again. Special thanks to Gevorg for his assistance during our stay.

The place - silence with the river sounds, cleans, the river, forests and mountains around. The room and size was good and the weather was great no sunny and not rainy to mouch :) The hosts are very helpful and open to support you.
