The hotel is located near the main local attraction - Etchmiatzin cathedral. Our room was spotless clean and very well equipped, but what we liked most was very friendly and helpful staff, especially Norayr at the reception desk was very kind and friendly and gave us great, detailed instructions how to reach all the monuments. We also got wonderful dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.

it’s superfriendly, it’s quiet, it’s warm and welcoming, it’s your home away from home. They can’t stop offering food and tea😂. Susan and Sarkis are lovely, adorable, they make you feel at home. Breakfast is incredible, they will assist you with anything. -02/2025 they are creating a beautiful pool area with nice quiet rooms, a bbq and a bar area. They are goodhearted so it s a pleasure and a privilege to stay here. Came for one night and stayed 12 :-)

“Excellent Apartment in a Perfect Location for Exploring Armenia’s Cultural Heritage” The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the warm, helpful hosts who were always ready to provide recommendations. The location is ideal for day trips in the area. A visit to the Cathedral of Etchmiadzin – the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church – is highly recommended. The site is deeply moving and rich in history. The nearby ruins of the Zvartnots Temple are another architectural gem worth exploring. Yerevan is easily accessible and offers a wide range of attractions, including the History Museum, the Cascade with its modern art and panoramic city views, and the Armenian Genocide Memorial at Tsitsernakaberd. The capital city blends vibrant culture with profound historical depth and genuine hospitality. Everything was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming, flexible and easy to communicate with. There was a problem with water heating that they fixed immediately. The flat is nicely furnished and everything was spotless. The homemade breakfast was big and delicious.

The hotel is a museum in itself, as well as an art school, an art gallery. Even if you do not lodge there, have a visit. There also is a restaurant. So we stayed there surrounded by art. The hotel is also at walking distance from Etchmiadzin's religious site
