The hosts were superb! We have arrived late in the evening. they have managed to order us food from the restaurant besides and the waiter brought the food and wine to hotel's kitchen where we had brilliant dinner. The rooms are not modern, however everything was tiny and clean - what is more than enough for one night stay.

Value for money, good location, interesting hotel area design. Very nice restaurant, lots of local dishes. They got nice, but a bit unusual food. Everything is eatable, nothing with too much pepper, but combination of products is not common for European style food.

I think it’s the best place to stay if you have a layover in Erevan. The hosts are very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean, the food is very delicious. Sarkis will pick you up from the airport and bring you back. The drive is short and straightforward with no busy traffic. All safe and sound! Highly recommended!

“Excellent Apartment in a Perfect Location for Exploring Armenia’s Cultural Heritage” The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and tastefully furnished. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the warm, helpful hosts who were always ready to provide recommendations. The location is ideal for day trips in the area. A visit to the Cathedral of Etchmiadzin – the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church – is highly recommended. The site is deeply moving and rich in history. The nearby ruins of the Zvartnots Temple are another architectural gem worth exploring. Yerevan is easily accessible and offers a wide range of attractions, including the History Museum, the Cascade with its modern art and panoramic city views, and the Armenian Genocide Memorial at Tsitsernakaberd.
