The location was great as very convenient to explore the Old Town by foot. Very close to the Old Bazaar’s lively area, but far enough not to get the noise. There was parking. The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. The room had a small fridge. There was a pool, which was very nice in the hot summer. The staff were all really kind and friendly. Special mention to the lovely Shqiponjë, who really made us all feel really welcome and went the extra mile to help us with whatever we needed.

Well, this might be one of the best places I have stayed in recent years. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was delicious and served at the Brunchotek on the first floor of the building. The facilities and the room were brand new and very stylish. Overall, a superb place that I would gladly visit again.

Excellent hotel! A must stay for Gjirokaster. Very new and the hosts are amazing! They were so welcoming and friendly, on hand for everything we needed and we received such great service. They truly made us feel at home and we were even given some handmade embroidery as a gift - so thoughtful. The hotel is very modern but with a very traditional Albanian feel to it. Breakfast was enormous and so delicious, such good value. The location was great at the foothill of the city and a nice walk up to the top. Only 20min walk to the castle. And 10 min walk to the bus station. Taxis were €2/3. Highly recommended :)

The hotel is fantastic, everything was like in a fairy tale, the hotel was located on a historic street in the city of Gjirokastra which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage. Near the hotel is also the house-museum of the most famous Albanian writer Ismail Kadare whose books were written inspired by the street path on which this hotel located,books you can find in the hotel lobby. The room was very comfortable, the details left us speechless from the water with rosemary and various snacks . The details of the hotel are amazing and the hospitality was very warm. The lobby is very warm there you will find a beautiful fireplace and a beautiful bar that can serve anything you want,the breakfast was great,the details of the hotel tell a lot about the beautiful city, we can't wait to come back again to enjoy the view, the hospitality, the comfort, the cleanliness that this hotel brings. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect, very close to the centre of town and right below the castle yet located such that you can enjoy the views and tranquility rather the city centre party music. The room was wonderfully done up, very modern and comfortable. The best was the service as the people were wonderful and always ready to help with a smile. Our best stay in Albania!

We loved each and every bit about this stay.The caretakers and the beautiful view.We went with our toddler and he enjoyed it like he is in farm ..Near by walks are quite scenic ...And it's true hidden gem... Bien sûr, voici la version mise à jour avec cette précision : A fabulous place with breathtaking views of the mountains and Mount Buretos. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed which had an excellent mattress. The on-site dining was also delicious and generous. It gave us the energy to go on a hike through the mountains, with stunning views all along the way, leading up to Mount Buretos — a 15–17 km trek with incredible scenery and no crowds. A truly peaceful experience! And in case you run into any difficulty getting back to the accommodation, the host is kind enough to come and pick you up by car. A perfect mix of adventure and comfort!
