Everything was perfect. Room is comfortable and renovated. Breakfast is delicious, lots of different fruits, vegetables and berries. You can order great dinner and the wine is great. The owners are very hospital. The place is kids friendly. There is a child playground on the territory - very handful. The territory is beautiful and peaceful.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff was very nice. The food in the restaurant was amazing, we did not expect this much. There was a pianist while we were eating dinner, it was a very nice ambiance. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast, the coffee was also very good. The staff and the hotel are a very high level.

This is the best hotel in Albania. We were very satisfied. The breakfast is excellent. It is a family-run business, and I especially want to thank the daughter of the family, who is extremely responsible and positive, and finds answers to all questions. Words can not fully describe the excitement and satisfaction we got during our stay at ALvin Comfort Hotel. Starting from my first chat with the venue. The response was very impressive. The Manager I think his name is Elvis and the entire morning staff and evening staff and even the cleaners are wonderful people. We arrived very late and we were a bit apprehensive arriving at midnight to a country we don’t know, I chatted with the manager and he assured of complete safety and sent a driver to pick us from the airport. We did not have to wait for the driver at all, the driver was by the air port waiting for us. Our entire stay was enjoyable as the staff ensured we were comfortable and the kids felt so safe and happy. We visited a day before our son’s 14th birthday and I ask the manager to help us with a birthday cake which they did and this was amazing. The first receptionist I think her name is Alvin Kejsi she was ever so lovely and also the lad at the Resturant was so kind and polite. During breakfast we went down to the Resturant late and they still served us with so much to eat. On our return the Manager also ensured we go to the hotel safely. We were amazed at the wonderful service we received and I will recommend this hotel. The manager also has other hotel and I will definitely be patronising him again. The only thing I will say is that our TV in the room was not a smart TV so we could not have a movie night as family. Also the outdoor pool was not the best and kids did not use it 😄however it was lovely being able to sit outside by the pool to take pictures.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was luxurious, the bed was very comfortable as well. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and often went above and beyond ensuring every need was taken care of.

If you are not fussy about rural life, this is a good opportunity to get to know the real Albanian countryside. The family is very welcoming and helpful. The villagers were also friendly and willing to help you every step of the way. The cooking facilities at the property were very good. The location is great for getting around.
