Very impressive staff. The night was not expensive and they made a very good first impression, offering drinks at the arrival. They also gave us a gift when we left and they even gave us a ride to the ferry. 10/10 on the service.

Nice place to stay, very close to the beach and clubs of Ksamil at night. Amazing view from the Terrace. Delicious food, comfortable room,nice staff. Worth staying and reasonable prices. We enjoyed our vacation here. I would totally recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel in Saranda! Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, and the facilities are modern and fresh. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming — a special shout-out to Gabriel and Andrey for going above and beyond. Truly 10 out of 10 service! I will definitely be coming back. I stayed at Hotel Jako for two nights and had a truly great experience. The facilities are excellent — there’s a rooftop pool and a jacuzzi downstairs, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were incredibly attentive and caring throughout my stay. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows. Thank you to Odise, the manager, for the warm welcome and constant smile and help . And a big thank you to Ida at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism — she really made a difference. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but I’ll keep a very positive memory of this trip thanks to the amazing people at Hotel Jako.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many, but this one is definitely in my top list. The interiors are beautiful, modern, and very clean, as is the whole hotel. Breakfast was really good, and most importantly, the host is an absolutely wonderful person. There are also great amenities for women, such as a proper hairdryer and good lighting for makeup. I truly recommend this place with all my heart and will definitely come back!
