This place is amazing. The location is calm and beautiful and far from civilization so you feel relaxed. The host and his family are the most kind and they accommodated us with all the requests we had. The room is just big enough and in this hot weather the aircon works excellent. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The room was cleaned every day including new sheets which is in my opinion too much but it's kind. The bathroom is just big enough it only misses something to hold stuff. The wardrobe is smaller but there is space around for luggage. I recommend to pay for breakfast, because it is delicious. Outside there are also swings, slide and domestic animals for kids.

We loved our stay at Geshtenja. The kindness and attentiveness of Zamira and her husband made our stay unique and simply amazing. The food was delicious and Zamira made vegetarian dishes for us as we don’t eat meat. The room is very spacious, with heating and aircon (we used the aircon as we travelled in summer), very comfy beds and a nice view. The location is nice if you’re looking to get away from crowded areas and looking for quiet and surrounded by nature. We’d love to be back! P.S.: Just a recommendation, if you follow google maps, will make you take a dirt pebble road and will take longer to get there. So from the main road (Rruga per Thethe), just take Rruga Reçit (a paved road, and definitely a shortcut) that will lead you directly to another paved road (where the restaurant/hotel is)

An amazingly beautiful house, run by remarkably kind people. Located on the outskirts of Shkodër, it is an excellent base for those who want to spend time by the lake or go on trips to the nearby mountains. The owners offer a beautiful apartment on the ground floor - large, well-kept and well-equipped, while still providing adequate privacy. During our 9-day trip around Albania, it was the nicest of all four accommodations we rented. The contact with the owners is also excellent, and, which should be appreciated in Albania, communication in English. I can confidently recommend it with a clear conscience.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful orchard tower nestled in a peaceful homestead. Surrounded by pomegranate trees and a variety of other fruit trees, the setting was pure magic serene, green, and full of life. The tower itself was cozy, clean, and offered a unique stay right in the heart of nature. What made the experience truly special were the hosts warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even organized an incredible hike to the Peak of Vajush and guided us on scenic bicycle rides to the Lake of Shkodra. It's such a pretty, little hotel. Really lively About the room itself, it was impeccably clean, beds and pillows are comfy, shower is great, and of course, it's pretty. This was a double room, the first one we stayed in and it was absolutely perfect Breakfast is tasty, super fresh. There are not so many options, but we really liked everything we ate. Personal is kind and attentive. The sisters in the reception are the best. Definitely if I've ever come back, I'll stay here again.

Highly recommended! Oborri Shkodran is in a perfect location, right in the pedestrian area of Shkodër, but they offer parking very nearby, which makes things super easy. The staff are truly exceptional – and I mean really kind. They helped us with everything: carrying luggage, giving local tips, arranging things we needed… always with a smile. Not everyone speaks English fluently, but they always do their best to help out. You really feel welcome here. The rooms are great – modern and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. We stayed in rooms 202 and 203, both had a small but handy balcony overlooking the peaceful garden. A nice detail. Breakfast is made on demand and was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant – the food was good, and the live music created a lovely atmosphere. I honestly can’t say enough about how helpful and warm the staff were throughout our stay. From the hotel, you’re just steps away from the lively pedestrian zone full of restaurants, bars, and shops. The photography museum is right across the street (though we found that a bit underwhelming – the hotel was the real highlight). All in all, a great experience. We’d definitely stay agai
