Incredible stay! Adriatic and his family were so welcoming, we felt very much at home. Amazing home cooked organic meals too. Very very clean, private balconies with amazing views!! Kitchen/ fridge to use. Great outside area for meals, super quiet and peaceful - it was the highlight of our trip!

The place is excellent - pictures do not give it a justice! The flat is very spaciuos, two bedrooms, one with master bed, second with two single beds. There is a kitchen with a launge with two sofas where you can also sleep. There is a cooker, oven, fridge, electric kettle... all you need if you want to cook. All the rooms and the kitchen/launge have air conditioning! The bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a washing machine (old but fully working, I used it) which is great if you travel with kids or plan a longer stay. There is a nice, spacious porch at the back of the house with sofa, armchairs and table. The hosts are lovely, friendly people who cook very well. They use local ingredients, I believe most of the vegetables were from their garden. You can order breakfasts and dinners at an extra cost. Area is beautiful and the place is located close to Permet, thermal water and the Langarica Canyon. Summarizing, the price is very low for what you get. I very much recommend!

We wish we had more time to spend here but we were running late. The room was spacious and the view was AMAZING! We had to rush in the morning too so the lady doing breakfast packed some food for us to take with us. She was very sweet. The common space was beautiful and relaxing. Having a balcony with Mountain View is recommended. The pool isn’t ready yet though so keep that in mind.

Very nice and modern interior design. Many bedrooms, perfect for a big group of people. Every room has its own bathroom which has everything you need (towels, soap etc.) The owners and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Uncomplicated and easy check-in and check-out (even that we arrived very late in the night at 1:30 am). The landscape there is breathtaking and it is very quiet since you do not really have neighbours.

We loved verything but to give some more detail. The location is the high ground of the village which affords a fantastic view of the river, mountains, and town below. The air is so fresh and clean and the cicadas in the surrounding trees bring you back to nature. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is done in marble and I love the window with insect screen. As with most bathrooms in Albania, they are considered wet rooms with the shower open. The shower was lovely and hot with a constant temperature. The bed was super comfortable and I am particular with this as I have a difficult back. There is a good TV to watch, however, after a night out and a few Raki drinks, I was soon asleep. The windows are sound proof so it's super silent for a great night's sleep. The hotel is a family-owned enterprise so they all work together to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was €6 and was a traditional Albanian breakfast. My husband loved the Khorba which is a bread soup. Served with homemade yogurt and good coffee. We enjoyed our first night with dinner on the verandah. I loved the homemade cornbread. It had spinach and basil and I ordered seconds. I was introduced to the local wine which the English would say is very quaffable. I adored the homemade local dessert made with honey, ginger, and nuts. A must to try in Permet. There is parking right outside the hotel. The town is very close by and so are the thermal baths which we enjoyed. The owner gave me a bottle of Permet Merlot wine as a farewell gift. This is typical of Albanian hospitality and kindness. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved each and every bit about this stay.The caretakers and the beautiful view.We went with our toddler and he enjoyed it like he is in farm ..Near by walks are quite scenic ...And it's true hidden gem... A big shout-out to Irina (I forgot the name)..but she was fantastic lady who made us feel home... We just loved our stay...

Thanassis is the greatest host, warm, friendly and accomodating. His somewhat remote place rewards you with new and spotless rooms, great views, a fantastic breakfast with local products and otherworldly serenity! Was there with my adventure bike, stayed for two nights and when I left, it felt that I was there for a whole week. The last 2,7 kms to Bujtina KOEL are off-road (starting from St. Mary's church in Labovë), but are manageable even with a normal car if you are careful. Just follow the blue signs to Bujtina KOEL. If you miss the first one, as you will be coming from the West into the village of Labovë, turn left when you face the church in front of you.
