The owners seemed to make the effort to provide with help and assistance, despite the lack of quality in the aspects below. For the price you pay in high season which was 45 EUR per night, of course you don't expect luxury, but some basics should be in place: - 1st of all, the photos used in Booking.com were all from the 2nd building they manage, and don't correspond with the room booked at least on 50%. - the power plugs were a hazard to be aware(when you're travelling with a toddler). - the electric stove provided was almost at half meter height, a constant danger for toddlers. - the air con could be put on only by plugging in the plug and it was configured to the coldest temperature, very annoying to deal with it during the night. - hygiene could've improved: closet was dirty on the top, full of dust, the bathroom super-small. - when I asked for a sponge and dishwashing lotion, the owner told me that I was the 1st ever to ask for that. Like many beaches in Albania, the Borsh beach is something of a hidden beauty to be explored. The vast bay of Borsh with the amazingly clear water and the long beach is something you need to visit and see if firsthand. It truly gives you the feeling of being free and having lots of relaxing time. And the clear water along with amazing beach is just over the top. At the beginning of September, the sea was beautiful, clean, warm, beautiful colors. the beach is made of small stones. The prices are affordable, two sunbeds and an umbrella are 5-10 euros. Beautiful beach, small beach town feel. If you want to party, go to another beach. If you are looking for a quiet beach town that has not been commercially developed yet, this is your place. Nice, quiet place, developing, not crowded. There are rubbish here and there, but the private accomodations are surroundings are neat. Locals are friendly, the place is safe.
