The location was fantastic. We booked a chalet that had direct access to the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The food was reasonably priced and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns. The staff were exceptional. We went for my mam’s birthday and they upgraded our room, gave us a free fruit platter and delivered a dessert to our room that night. Perfect breakaway from the hustle and bustle of Dubai

Exceptional Service from Housekeeping and Reception I had an absolutely wonderful 3-day stay, and I love to thanks to the incredible team. The housekeeping staff- Manoj, Nipuni, Habib and Jammi, consistently ensured my room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. The location is great, you can park your car in front of your house. Big pool, nice facilities after the renovation. We had a perfect check in as well as check out. I point out the after service by Zahid who immediately Informed us about forgotten items via phone so we had time to get them before it was too late. He saved us here. Thanks to Zahid and team.
