The hospitality of the hotel is very warm and enterprising. It's was a pleasure to stay at Ramada Special thanks to Chef Mazen FAST SERVICE, DELICIOUS FOOD. And I can confidently say that this second visit was just as outstanding, if not even better! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special mention must go to the reception team—Mr. Rajab, Miss Reena, and Mrs. Jennifer—who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their professionalism, unwavering smiles, and constant attention to our well-being truly set them apart. Every day, they took the time to check in with us, making sure everything was going smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Such attentiveness and kindness are rare and deeply appreciated. The apartment we were given was simply perfect—spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally comfortable. It felt like a home away from home, only better! A huge thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Mr. Rassel and Mr. Nazim, whose professionalism and meticulous attention to detail ensured that our apartment remained immaculate throughout our stay.
