Good breakfast buffet with different extras each day. Dinner every night was a 3 course meal with different options to choose from every time. Staff was great, friendly and helpfull. Kind memories on Antonio Silva. He really did the extra mile for us.

Breakfast with diferents choices between salt and sweet. Room very confortable. Hotel position very very nearly to all that you need. Dogs are welcome 100% ( no size restrictions ) we had two dogs. The interior of the hotel is a vintage design but it’s uniformed and it’s really nice. Beautiful the bar area where take some drinks.

It was lovely and warm and clean. The river running past was very pretty. It had all you needed for cooking etc. big bathroom with bath and shower with lovely hot water. We could put our car in the garage underneath and it was only a couple of minutes drive to free parking at the gondola. Our dog was very happy and settled there while we were skiing. We had a fabulous week and would definitely recommend it

The hotel is new, Stylish, clean, well equipped. We’ve got upgraded and with an additional bed without any charge. All the staff are nice and helpful. When we arrived, Sofia showed us around and introduced all facilities to us. Nicholas also helped book the entry passes of mont magic for our family. Rodrigo suggested a few nice cities to us when he knew we were about to visit France after our trip to Andorra. The lady who worked in the restaurant (sorry that I forgot to ask her name) and served breakfast was super attentive and friendly. Our overall experience in this hotel was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it to anyone without reservation.

    We stayed here as a group of 7 and had a great time overall.

    We stayed here as a group of 7 and had a great time overall. The location is beautiful, the property is spacious, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful — they even waived the parking fee because of an issue we had, which we really appreciated. The apartment easily fits large groups (it could handle 12 without feeling cramped), making it a fantastic option if you’re traveling with family or friends. A few things could have been better. Finding the key safe for self check-in was surprisingly tricky; the location link wasn’t very accurate, and we saw other guests struggling with it too. Once inside, we found the cooking range didn’t work and there were no clear instructions on how to get help after reception hours, so we couldn’t cook at all. Also, there were quite a lot of bugs outside — to be expected in early summer, but worth noting. Tips for future guests: double-check check-in instructions before you arrive, and consider bringing easy meals or dining out in case of kitchen issues. Despite these hiccups, it’s a lovely spot with plenty of room and very kind staff.

    Accommodation was excellent, very clean, comfortable and with great facilities. Wonderful location, very close to the ski slopes and ski hire shops 100m. The host was extremely supportive ensuring we had all the details for a smooth check in and out experience and on hand to make local recommendations for food, shopping etc. We were a family of three and would definitely stay again.

    The infrastructure for skiing is excellent, including having the choice to leave skis and boots in a secure heated locker at the lift. The slopes are mainly wide, with a good selection for all standards of skiers. We were particularly lucky that the snow was so good in the week that we were there.

    Our property had very good ameneties and very eqipped kichen exept extra garbagge bag and plastic spoon for tephlon dishes and a suitable pan to fry !!! Parking for our car was perfect Thank you el tarter !!!!

    Close to the ski slopes and several places to eat. Good bus service if required. Restaurant next to Manacor supermarket excellent and San Pietro (Italian) very good. A few places use only QR codes to access menu and costs, not good if you do not have data on phone as not in EU.

    One of the most comfortable and well set up appartments we have visited. The pdf instructions for entry and access are brilliant. Location is perfect for el Tarter, carpark is large and good access. Kitchen facilities are stunning and second to none, great beds, innovative design and decoration … and comfortable for a perfect stay. In relation to previous reviews, the host now has an English facility so that all communications are clear and appropriate. It has to be said that the host was beyond helpful. Thank you for a wonderful week!

    Pierre Andorra provide acceptable accommodation in an excellent location (not far from the lifts). Beware that the reception office is closed between 1-4pm each day - you can't get access to your room in this time unless you request via your booking.
