Each room and chalet at Garden Route Game Lodge offers either views of the mountains or the valley. They are elegantly decorated with thatched roofs and wooden furniture. All of them have TVs with digital channels and a safe. When you arrive, you get greeted immediately, and staff would help you with your luggage to the room. The rooms are all beautiful, and the drives are fantastic. I was very happy about how mindful our guide (Cathy) was towards the animals (If there were other cars near a certain animal, we would try to come back later. She kept good distances), and how knowledgeable she is. She tried to really find all the animals (except leopard, as they would be exceptional to find). I would really recommend staying 2 nights, so you have enough game drives to also go and see the giraffes (they live further away in the reserve). The dinner is fantastic, the breakfast is fantastic, and the morning coffee with a view of the elephants really ties everything together (they also live in the big reserve, but tend to come into view in the morning). The staff is all really nice, and the spa treatments are not too expensive.

Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. There is a main deck with a splash pool, a bar, and a barbecue.

The rooms at Riverside are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, wooden floors and private bathroom. The wooden cottages have a separate dining room, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. As we went out for dinner, the location of the Lodge was very central, so we could just walk to the best local restaurant. The service of the host was very informative and helpful. Made the next day travel a highlight. A complementary carwash came to us just at the right time. Thank you.

Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. Peace and tranquility unmatched. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Willem. The food was excellent, and the wildlife was plentiful.

Boasting river views, Luxury cabin in the Swellendam valley, W.C. Provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 12 km from Bonnievale Golf Club. A hot tub is available for guests. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Rochelle's attention to detail made check in seamless. The unit was fitted with EVERYTHING we needed. Modern furniture and decor. We loved the hot tub and the fireplace in the unit helped allot in the cold weather. We'll definitely visit again.

Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. This is a stunning place to stay, just outside of Plett. The staff could not do more to make you feel at home and assist you, especially Siso. And the quality of the food is exceptional. Would 100% recommend

Set in Wilderness and only 1.1 km from Wilderness Beach, Serenity Ocean Lodge offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property features river and quiet street views, and is 16 km from Lakes Area National Park. The accommodation features free shuttle service, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. Second time we’ve stayed here and it’s perfect. Just bedroom only but with easy walking distance to the town. Spacious bedrooms and lots of little touches.

Loved every little detail and the beautiful interiors. Everything was perfect!
