I'm impressed with the beds, they are very soft and comfortable. We fell asleep so fast with these beds. The breakfast was absolutely nice. The staffs are very friendly helpful.

He took great care of us, making sure we were fine. Two lovely puppies were amazing. If you love tranquility, rice fields, talking with the locals, this is the place. We didn't enjoy the noise and traffic in SAPA downtown. We felt very lucky that we were staying at this property. Mike speaks very good English, so it was easy to communicate.

The property is about a 10-15 min drive from the centre but we found this to be a positive feature as it was quieter and the air was cleaner outside of the centre of Sa Pa which can be noisy and polluted. The owner of the hotel was also very helpful and allowed us to check in early to rest when we arrived after our night bus from Ninh Binh. The rooms are clean and the views are stunning. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Sa Pa.

The place was peaceful and beautiful. You are in a CJ Nikon farm. The hosts are so kind. I stayed in the bungalow and it was incredibly nice. There are beautiful rice fields if you walk around. Family dinner was delicious and fun. Stayed here on my way to Ha Giang. Come stay here ! One of my favorite places I’ve stayed on my four month journey through Asia.
