Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

I really had no idea what a great my son and I were in for. It was so beautiful and elegant. Looks and feels brand new, great attention to detail in maintaining and upkeep of an old train station also. The staff were wonderful! I world definitely stay again!

The room was in a great location. It was very clean & comfortable. Loved having a balcony to sit outside. We had trouble with the TV & it was resolved immediately. Would def stay again.

Lovely quiet retreat away from the bedlam of Pigeon Forge. Excellent attention to detail. Coffee and variety of non- alcoholic drinks are available for free. . Every evening a dessert is served. The breakfasts were varied and ample. The staff is very friendly. Lots of on siite activities.
