For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We love the sea view so much , we had our best deep sleep for 7 nights by listening to the wave.Watched the sunrise in the morning. Great location for visiting the national park and it was super cool to listen to the rainforest sounds at night outside the property. Very clean, great shower and useful to have the mini kitchen with fridge and microwave. Staff were very responsive and helpful regards check in as we were a last minute booking. Highly recommend! Great value as well.

It is a lodge/motel, located at an altitude of 800 meters, if i remember correctly. The rooms are very large and really well furnished. My wife and I have dined several times at the house, using the room's kitchen: great experience. I probably had the best sleep in Hawaii on those beds, also thanks to the the fact that in the evening/night in Waimea it gets chillier.

Situated on the black sands of Kauai, the oldest of the Hawaiian Islands, these oceanfront cottages in Waimea have been restored with plantation-period furniture and feature patios overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Loved this place. Would definitely stay again. View from the room, comfort, gorgeous porch, air conditioning, everything was great. The restaurant- chicken bbq, and pizza, and the great beer selection made it worth coming home for dinner at night. The wonderful staff even provided us with beach chairs and an umbrella and cooler to take to the beach with us.
