Everything was more then perfect. When we arraived, we thought that we are dreaming. It was beautiful. I have to talk about the meal too, because i tried a lot of restaurants in zanzibar , but here in Safaya was the best food i ever ate in zanzibar. The chef is the best, is from india, but he cooks more then perfect. When i will come back in zanzibar, i only would go in Safaya. Thank you for everything.

The place is very comfortable and truly worth the value. What really made this stay special for us is the host. Ms Bernadette. She is a smily lady with great personality. She made us feel like home. I highly recommend this stay and surely if we'll visit Zanzibar again l. We will stay there if available.

All common areas are aesthetically pleasing, serene, and designed for comfort. 3. Restaurant-Level Food & Outstanding Cocktails The food exceeded every expectation. Even with All-Inclusive, you’re not getting buffet-style meals—you’re dining à la carte, choosing dishes from a full menu, prepared fresh by the chef. The cocktails were equally impressive: balanced, creative, and delicious. 4. Incredible Staff & Service This is where the hotel truly shines. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. You can feel that both management and the team truly care about their guests—and that level of sincerity is rare and priceless. 5. A Five-Star Experience (Even if It Says Four) I’m honestly surprised this is rated as a four-star hotel. The service, design, food, and overall experience easily match a five-star level. I would return without hesitation. This place is truly special.

The location and property is truly magnificent and exactly what you want if you’re looking to escape the busy crowds of stone town or nungwi. The staff is wonderful and kind, the restaurant great, and the pole pole island vibe lived to perfection. I would always come back!

The staff were really nice and welcoming,the manager helped us throughout our whole experience in Zanzibar and the trips.it was really nice spending a holiday at this hotel and a nice experience in Zanzibar.

I had such a fantastic experience staying at Paje Emerald Escapes! The villas are absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-designed, and a true slice of paradise. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to Leslie, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. From arranging airport transfers to organizing tuk-tuk shuttles, she was constantly helpful, professional, and incredibly sweet. Her kindness really made me feel at home. I’d also love to give a special shoutout to Salim for helping me out when a few geckos made their way into the villa. He came over right away, was extremely helpful, and so kind throughout. I would absolutely stay here again—not just for the stunning villas, but because the people here genuinely care. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paje!
