Firefly is located in Bagamoyo, 60 km north of Dar es Salaam. The guest house has an outdoor pool and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. This place is so quaint in a great location. The staff are all so helpful and friendly, breakfast was so delicious with lots of options. Beds were comfy and they gave us extra fans to beat the heat! We stayed there with 3 kids and felt really safe and at ease. The ocean is really close along with the fish market. Lots of good places to eat close by as well.

Amazing place, location, staff, food... everything! We spent 4 magical days immersed in nature, cuddled by the very professional staff and enjoying the quiet and slow rhythm of the forest around us. Beautiful safari tours to the local village of Gongo and to Saadani National Park are a plus. Absolutely recommended!

This was my second time staying at this lodge and I came to realize that there's a lot of renovation taking place like the furniture, amenities, and internet, the rooms were so clean and very comfortable, and the staff (Noel) was incredibly helpful, Amazing rooms (there was even a Flat TV and Free Wi-Fi now), and the internet was very good with 5G speed. Excellent location is located at the city center, at an affordable price in which is very cheap. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone visiting Bagamoyo.
