Huge room and spacious bathroom (with both a tub and a shower), lovely terrace with your personal pool you can cool off in any time of the day, minute walk to a lovely beach, even less to a food court. Everything was new, clean and well designed, simply beautiful. The staff was also amazing - ready to help with anything you need (taxi, scooter, laudry, you name it).

I Haad Yao, 7 minutters gange fra Mushmushon Beach og 700 meter fra Son Beach, ligger Garden Home 7. Her har du utsikt over hagen. The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk from 7/11 and many great restaurants, and only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The house itself is very spacious, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. There are several nice balconies, two indoor sitting areas, and even a small yard. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, including a big fridge and all the necessary utensils. Each bedroom has air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay – the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, assisted us with everything we needed, gave great tips about the island, and were always available for any question. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends! 🌴

Staying in this chalet was an incredible experience. It’s in the middle of the forest yet 2 minutes away from the main street and 500m away from 2 very nice beaches. After spending over 2 weeks in the island, this area here is in my opinion one of the best, near the nature but with loads of great beaches, restaurants and stores within minutes, assuming you drive a scooter. The chalet itself is beautifully decorated, really spacious and has everything you need (even a walk-in closet!). The AC works very well and is quiet. The mattress is indeed quite hard, but this wasn’t a problem for me. If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy a slow life and some privacy, while being near to many points of interests and never feel isolated, then this is the perfect accommodation! A special thanks to Jee who was beyond adorable.

My second time here at Nibbana. Many things have been improved. Small plunge pool for all bungalows which is great. More privacy between each units. Covered parking. Lovely staff — Khun Tip.

Mikasa Beach House Koh Phangan is conveniently located at Baantai Beach. Boasting stunning sea views. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom eier. Vi fikk sjekke inn før tiden! Rommet var stor og hadde en vannkoker og kjøleskap.
