From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a sense of peace and tranquillity that made us feel right at home. The chalet itself was beautifully appointed, offering all the comforts we could wish for. My kids were absolutely thrilled with the space and the various activities available. Whether they were playing in the yard or enjoying in the beautiful swimming pools,, their laughter filled the air, creating memories that we would cherish forever. The owner and staff were exceptional. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always with a smile. It was clear they truly care about their guests and want to create a welcoming environment. If I could give this experience more than 10 out of 10, I definitely would. Our time at the chalet was a perfect blend of relaxation and family fun, and we left feeling rejuvenated and grateful. We can't wait to return!

The house itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and exudes comfort at every turn. The pool is a magnificent oasis, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The hospitality provided by Sultan and his family was nothing short of outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, making us feel like part of their family. This experience was a true taste of Arabian warmth and generosity, and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. If we could give more than five stars, we would happily award them 100! Our time here was unforgettable, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

The location is in a date farm so the apartment is surrounded by palms and is a 10-minute drive to the main Al Ula locations Elephant Rock is 5 minutes. I would recommend for families or groups. There is loads of indoor and outdoor space and 2 ensuites which makes it great for kids. The staff were welcoming and helped us settle in. The chalet is as good as it looks in the pictures.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the chalet. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The Owner and Manager were awesome caring and checked uo on us. Great value for money good sleep and peaceful. It's a bit of a drive to the town but it's worth it. To put your outside lights of to a mountain range and sit under the stars was amazing. We will be back with family for a longer stay.
