Our rooms were basic but very clean..We had our own living room, which was really nice. The location is very beautiful, with a small river flowing just beside the accommodation. There is a shared kitchen outside and we could cook and have our lunch/dinner by the river. It was quite cool even though the temperature in Romania was pretty high when we arrived there. The owners were super friendly and accommodated all our needs. Svetlana is really sweet and even though she doesn't speak any English she always tried to communicate with us. Thank you for a most welcoming stay.

It's a comfortable and clean accommodation next to the forest. It's really close to the top (about 30-40 minutes). There was a well equipped kitchen, in the morning we had fresh coffee and milk waiting for us. It was a wooden house so I was afraid there would be spiders and bugs, but nothing. Every location was perfectly clean. I would recommend it.

Beautiful view from the territory. Bears may come to visit you at night, so keep the doors closed :)

Cabana Zimbru Transfagarasan features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Arefu, 12 km from Vidraru Dam. The view was stunning. Calm cozy and relaxing environment. I recommend it for sure.

Hosts were fantastic with quick responses. Location was beautiful and about 50min drive from Balea. Wish was staying longer!

I really enjoyed my morning coffee in the peaceful setting, accompanied by the sweet chirping of birds. The host was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay. Their dedication and care truly make all the difference in creating a memorable and comfortable experience.

Set just 11 km from Vidraru Dam, TheAttic offers accommodation in Corbeni with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a 24-hour front desk. I loved this place. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a large sitting area outside which is a bonus.

Situated in Curtea de Argeş, Casuta Nest features accommodation with a saltwater pool, a patio and garden views. Very nice and clean space, we will definitely come back.
