I had a great stay at Fat Lips. The team running the place are super nice and friendly. Special shout out to Tim, the owner, who comes with big smile, great advices for surfing experience also gave me a ride when I arrived to find a motorbike to rent. Overall a nice person to hang out with in the mornings while making breakfast in the common area. I know I have a friend when I go back again to Siargao. :) Lest to forget mentioning about two absolute adorabale friendly dogs, Mia & Tiger. Location is great. You will find the sign on the street and after a 1 minute little adventure you'll find the place. Very close to surfing areas, like Cloud 9, etc., close to Cafés and a nice BBQ. Rooms are clean, comfortable and and facilties are new and in good condition. Good internet (starlink), good AC, good shower, the rooms come with a fan and a light which could be used during electricy cut-off. My room had a big balcony that made my stay even more pleasant. I'll be back!

Everything was perfect! We had a little trouble finding the location but with the help of the locals we were able to call the owner who kindly came to pick us up The place was very clean, well equipped we were also able to order a tuktuk for the next morning

Our stay in La Fuga is one of the best stays of our life. We travel often and this is actually the first time we experienced this kind of service. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean. Cleaning service is daily and towel changed every other day. The position is great. 7 minutes by scooter to General Luna, close enough to have lots of green and a peaceful stay. The receptionist and his helper, our kuyas, are always there to help. We asked for scooter rentals, jeep rental, island hopping excursions and airport transfers, everything all arranged by them even the day before. They always do their best and put a lot of effort for you to have a smooth stay. They have created a Whatsapp conversation for our group so they be easily reacheble and work as a concierge service (which makes a HUGE difference vs the other hotels in siargao). We will go back and reccomend this place to all our friends going to siargao !

The room was spacious with a great quiet aircon and a beautiful communal space to cook and eat so this was perfect for our long term stay and great value! Great vibe in the lodge and Jaz and Lynn were so helpful!

Mao Mao is a gem! Hands down would recommend staying here. Aside from how comfortable and nice it was to stay here, the community was absolutely precious. It can be hard to find a local vibe and plug into these niche surf circles when traveling, especially if you have very little time. But if you have any interest in surf, surf culture, and being a part of the Siargao surf element, then this is the spot. I arrived with very basic surf experience and left feeling very confident in my surf abilities after just a few private lessons. The owners are genuine, the level of service is top tier, the food is delicious. Don't hesitate to book before it's too late!
