Location The property offers stunning views of the beach with white sand and crystal-clear waters. It's a peaceful, picturesque place to relax and unwind. You have direct beach access and there's a lot of marine life in the area just be careful in general as some parts are rocky and there are areas where there are sea urchins. The master bedroom upstairs includes a balcony offering breathtaking views. Additionally, there's a cozy outdoor sitting area perfect for relaxing. The Villa is as shown at the photos, really nice and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to all bars , restaurants and the beach. The best part for us was the hospitality from the hosts and staff. You can also rent cheap scooters and they also recommend guides to do activities. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again when we come back. P.S: Thanks for recommending the best guide of our most unforgettable trip ❤️

The stuff was amazing! Also the location was great, breakfast was totally enough. The girl in the reception was so nice. She asked if we would like to borrow shnorkling equipment and help with everything that we needed.

We didn't have breakfast, but did have coffee and loved the relaxing porch and kind hosts! Our stay was very last minute due to a mistake by another hotel and Arriyus Apartelle kindly gave us a room and even allowed us a very unconventionally late check-in as our flight was delayed. They helped us with our ferry to Malapascua and back and our taxi both ways, even though we only stayed the one, unexpected night! I cannot say enough great things about this place and these people!

Great "homestay" where the owner family share the spirit of Moalboal and made me very welcome as well as advising the best. André helped so much with tours/activities and is genuinely in the experience of visitors. Facilities are new, good, and close to the sea (a street away).

good enough. simple room with AC not much but the closest place to whale shark watching like 5 minutes by walking. stayed here for a night, the lady owner was nice and helpful.

Fantastic views, excellent food, amazing staff and close to the major waterfalls I wanted to explore. Definitely rent a scooter and go exploring locally. The area is really beautiful. Then when you get back treat yourself to the hot bath, plunge pool and massage outdoors to the sound of the waves gently kissing the shoreline. Will definitely be booking again when I’m in the area.
