The property offers pick-up service by car to the property from the airport or a location in Cusco. Free parking is available at the property. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens/teenagers), we booked 2 of the pendant domes. They picked us up in Ollantaytambo, and took us on a quad ride to their reception (the kids said quad ride was a blast!). We were welcomed with soft blanket and tea by the heater. We needed to have at least 1 adult in each pod; the boys were with my husband, and they had to wear harness to climb to their pod. The jacuzzi was amazing, and when we woke up in the morning - the view....You have to see it for yourself. Everyone should experience it at least once in a lifetime.

All units come with a terrace, a kitchen with a fridge and a dishwasher, and a shared bathroom with shower. I couldn't wish a better landing to the Ands. The place is great, very quiet village, clean, nicely decorated and easy to get to (you can catch colective transport from Pisac comunity museum for 2 soles, you can also hire a motorbike taxi or I was happy to walk down the hill to Pisac). There is a small shop nearby to get water and food, the plae has well equipped kitchen and wifi. The host is very friendly and helpful. I was amazed how clear the night sky is at night to see the stars. Also there is a archeological site in near distance, much bigger and quieter then Machu Picchu.

It appeared even more spacious and inviting than the photos suggested. During our six-night stay, we felt incredibly comfortable, almost as if we were at a 5-star resort. We intentionally chose this location for its proximity to Ollantaytambo while offering a peaceful escape from the town center. We even enjoyed a scenic walk to the Ollantaytambo citadel one morning. Vanessa was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She went above and beyond, offering a complimentary drive to the train station on our Machu Picchu excursion and even offering a return pickup. Each morning, she prepared a delicious breakfast featuring freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade granola, eggs, bread, and more. We did have to request smaller portions after the first day as the initial servings were quite generous. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Our lodge is within walking distance of the traditional village of Urquillos, a tiny settlement in which countless traditions are kept alive year-round by a lively and proud local community. Beautiful property and great staff. We didn’t like much the food choices except at breakfast.

Easily the best shower we have had in Peru so far. Far enough away from the centre to be quiet but only a short walk. Walkable to the station.
