Fantastic big wooden bungalow right by the river with netting on ceiling and windows, so we were protected from mosquitos. Feeling like sleeping outdoors in the jungle. Comfortable beds, even a hairdryer, which was not provided in many other hotels! Emmanuel and his family are very welcoming. They have a water dispenser for people to use on their terrace. One morning I was thirsty and thought I go quietly to get some water, as not to wake anybody up - only to be greeted by several "hola's" from Antonia. She with all the other animals are a delight to watch. Highly recommend to stay there. We also ate there and the cooking was very good. Emanuel organised a trip for us, we were totally looked after. We were picked up by our bungalow by boat, dropped off again and Emanuel's son awaited us with a torchlight as it was dark.

Hacienda Herrera Tambopata tiene vistas al jardín y se encuentra en Puerto Maldonado. Cuenta con restaurante, recepción 24 horas, bar, jardín y terraza. Se ofrece wifi gratis. Es una hacienda familiar, perfecta para conocer las tradiciones de la selva, la comida es producida por ellos mismos en la hacienda. Comerás comida de calidad y proximidad. Sientes que estás realmente en la selva. Los tours son fenomenales gracias a los guías como Cristóbal y Marcel, los tours del cacao nos gustó mucho y el tour de tampopata. Están en proceso de mejorar las instalaciones de agua y Luz que ya están bien pero estarán mejor cuando terminen. El señor Kenny está haciendo un gran trabajo en la hacienda teniendo todo eco y bio, cuidando el medio ambiente colaborando en proyectos de medio ambiente

El Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion se encuentra en Puerto Maldonado, rodeado de exuberante selva tropical y al que se accede por el río Madre de Dios desde el puerto de Puerto Maldonado. Great location, great activities, great rooms

Tambopata Ecolodge tiene vistas al jardín y está en Tambopata. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de traslado gratuito, bar y jardín. Everything! Great meals, great rooms , great tours , they really looked after us.

El Corto Maltes Amazonía está situado en Puerto Maldonado, en la región de Madre de Dios, y ofrece tarifas de todo incluido y bungalows en lo profundo de la selva amazónica. Las excursiones con nuestro guía Jesús estuvieron genial, es muy buen guía. El resto del personal también es muy agradable. La comida está muy rica y las instalaciones están muy bien, tener piscina es un punto a favor.

Está a solo 3,5 horas de la ciudad de Puerto Maldonado. (Una hora en autobús. 2,5 horas en barco Este lodge se encuentra en la reserva nacional de Tambopata. Hay WiFi gratuita. Fantastic location to experience the Amazonian forest in a safe environment. Let’s be clear: keeping such a hotel working in a national park demands lots of logistics (they’re not even allowed to do laundry on site , everything linen and food is transported on boats and then by hand!). Their team works like crazy to keep this experience great and they can be proud. Of course it’s not a traditional 5* and the insect experience could be rough to some but you can’t imagine anything better in such a remote location. Truly a memorable experience, knowledgeable and welcoming guides. This is one trip we’ll always remember.

Andean Wings Sotupa Eco Lodge tiene vistas al jardín y está en Puerto Maldonado. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de conserjería, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. We had the most amazing time at Sotupa eco lodge. From our arrival we were greeted by George, the manager, with fresh passion fruit juice and every day we enjoyed absolutely delicious local dishes and beverages, all ingredients locally sourced. The activities and excursions were incredible and Ciro, our guide so knowledgeable. We got to explore both the river and the surrounding forrest, both of which we could also see from our tranquil balcony. We learned to weave hats and baskets with palm leaves from Allen and lounged in the pool and on the deck. By our departure the staff had begun to feel like family and if we are so lucky, we will definitely return someday.

La Habana Conservation Area se encuentra en Puerto Maldonado y ofrece alojamiento con balcón. Cuenta con baño privado completo, equipado con ducha y artículos de aseo gratuitos. My experience was excellent. The staff were always very kind and helpful, and the pool and facilities were very well maintained and spotlessly clean. In addition, their cocktails and food were truly delicious.

El Wasai Puerto Maldonado Eco Lodge se encuentra a 100 metros de la plaza principal y ofrece una piscina al aire libre con vistas al río. La ubicación y sus vistas son excelentes.
