WOW this hotel blew us away. The new refurbishments were so beautiful, the designs were elegant and unique and the food was phenomenal. The healthy and delicious menu was the exact thing we were looking for before the huayhuash trek (still dreaming of the buddha bowl). What really set this property aside was the staff. We loved meeting and chatting to the team, they were really informative about the huayhuash trek as they had actually been guides in the past- this was so helpful for us and reassuring.
This property is the perfect place to stay before or after any hiking/ trekking in Huaraz/ the Cordillera Blanca- I can't reccomend enough!

They took really good care of us. We arrived quite early, no problem, and could leave our luggage the day after. Did 2 hikes, both with local taxi. Both there was the option to get boxed lunches. The surroundings and therefore views are beautiful with added bonus of a alpaca family wondering around. The bed was plenty warm and comfortable. All and all we had a lovely stay.

The hosts Elva and Eloy are excellent. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home. They helped with getting us appropriate travel for our mountaineering trips, made very tasty breakfasts and accommodated our changing plans (modifications in dates due to the situation with our climbing plans)
The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in any accommodation and they helped us by allowing us to hand wash and dry our gear on the rooftop terrace.
The shower had great pressure and the hot water was abundant.
Eloy gave us a ride to the airport, doing two trips to ensure we could get our ski bags there without any issues.
I would definitely stay with them again on return to the Cordillera Blanca.
