The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated - they seem also very new overall. The food was very good and exactly what we needed after the hike to the location! Family style dinner with all guests (it is a small accomodation so it was about 8 of us) was lovely. Don’t expect too much luxury but for such a remote place and at this price it was more than I wished for.

Killawasi Lodge is situated in the heart of the famous Colca Valley, in the village of Yangue. Surrounded by panoramic green landscapes, it offers modern accommodations with private balconies. Wonderful place, super friendly staff that makes sure you are being taken care of, and the view from our room was just breathtaking. They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. Surrounded by greenery and hills at the bottom of the Sangelle Valley and offering an outdoor pool and free breakfast, Oasis Paraiso Ecolodge is located in Cabanaconde. Our stay here was absolutely incredible. Our room had the most magnificent view, everything was clean, the pool and the grounds were immaculately maintained. This place was the highlight of our trip. When you realize that each piece of furniture and material had to brought down the canyon manually one by one, you really appreciate all the amenities that you have. Just incredible.

Llahuar Lodge is located along the trekking circuit of the Colca Canyon in Arequipa, approximately a 5-hour walk from the town of Cabanaconde, right at the union of the Colca and Huaruro rivers. Location and how cool it was to have a hot spring next to the river. The staff was very sweet, the mother hugged us as we left it was so cute.
