He gave us all kinds of great recommendations on what to see and do. Loved chatting with him. The suite was soo nice - cute, very private, really spotless. Makes good use of the outdoor space as well. Feels as though you are spending time in the forest. One of our nicest spots to stay - Highly recommend it!

The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The grounds were spectacular. The beds perfect. The designs of the rooms and bathrooms were detailed and great. Loved the artwork outside of each room with matching key. The homemade food was wonderful and the coffee /pressed was the best I had. The owners are fantastic. Loved the fire and the stars from the spa.

Guests at the lodge can enjoy a continental breakfast. This property is "off grid" ie no wifi and no mobile reception. We had not registered this, and had to delay our catch up with work. However once we got our heads around it, we loved it. Good for the soul.

The spacious chalet features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio with mountain views. A private entrance leads guests into the chalet, where they can enjoy some chocolates or cookies. This chalet is non-smoking and soundproof. What an absolutely fantastic property. I cannot rate this apartment highly enough. From our first communication with Brian and Karen, throughout the stay and on leaving the experience was fantastic. The cottage is extremely well set up with all the requirements for a short or extended stay. It is a warm and comfortable cottage and the location is great, walk out the front door and you are in the middle of Coromandel. Do yourself a favour, if this property is available, book it!
