Lovely hosts, they helped check us in & made sure we had everything we needed, good value for money, great location, only a short walk to Pāpāmoa beach, close to the local dairy, playground, supermarket, petrol station and shopping malls, the yard is nice and private, fully fenced, bbq, outdoor table & umbrella, good neighbours, safe neighbourhood, the bach is cosy, the decor is absolutely beautiful, the place has everything you need ie books to read, boardgames, wifi, tv with Netflix etc, air con & heat pump, plenty of bedding, towels, toiletries, bath & shower, washing machine & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, oven & cooktop, microwave, the place was clean, comfy beds. The kids absolutely loved it. We highly recommend the place to families or a small group of friends.

This little oasis was our favourite accommodation of our trip. We had everything we needed and loved the chickens and doggo! Access to the BBQ meant we were able to prepare our own meals and our little cabin was the cutest. We took so many pictures because everywhere you look there is something neat that catches your eye.

Always well stocked, comfortable and clean. Even the TV and heating was on when we arrived at 10.30pm which was beautiful welcoming feeling.

The location and the view ! Absolutely stunning, it is absolutely worth the visit if you’re dropping by Rotorua ! The equipment and the room itself were great.
