Situated in Viksdalen in the Sogn og Fjordane region, Hov Hyttegrend features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. I love this place. It is as great as it was in 2017 when I visited for the first time. Fairy-tale like houses, simple but cozy. Great facilities, great staff, and the wonderful lake and nearby Fossestien waterfall. So very peaceful! I wish I could spend days just sitting next to the lake, doing nothing. There are new owners, the old owner, a very nice man, retired before this season but he still keeps an eye on it. :) The new owners seem very nice too. They plan to switch the remaining bunk beds for bigger and more modern beds. The place is kids and dogs friendly, you can rent a boat etc. Two visits and I still found nothing to complain about. It’s just an awesome retreat.

Vollsnes Feriehus is situated in Hjelle, by Lake Strynevatnet, All accommodation options have a fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi. Some offer lake views. Stryn Ski Centre is 25 km away. Everything was perfect! Ideally situated in the mountain view

Situated 21 km from Røldal Stave Church and featuring a garden, Small cabin at Seljestad features accommodation in Utsikten. A very cozy small cabin with everything you need. Great location and excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot near the lake (Hardanger Fjord), very peaceful amongst a small collection of holiday homes. Lots of walks nearby and a little playground next to the lake. The cabin was lovely, everything we needed and very comfortable. Lovely deck. Very responsive host.

A very sweet cabin, small but very comfortable, the bed was made from two single beds placed in right angles to each other - a sliding door that will allow a double bed could be a good idea to consider by the owner we also had use of a magnificent sauna with fantastic views to host was very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay between the cabin and the lake. There is a road that was a bit busy during the day, but very quiet at night so it was not a problem. The city of Stryn is very close with a nice supermarket and the owner recommended magnificent hikes

A recently renovated holiday home located in Maurset, Guest favorite - 3 BR Mountain Lodge near Vøringsfossen features a garden. Absolutely the best place we stayed during our trip to Norway! Beautiful views, a cozy interior, and everything you need for a comfortable stay — we truly felt like we were in paradise. We only wish we had stayed longer. The cabin looks even better in person than in the photos — we’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this new container hotel. The property feels very fresh, with all the equipment and fittings being modern, high-quality, and well maintained. Everything was spotless and clean, which made the stay extra comfortable. The design is sleek yet cozy, and the riverside location adds a very relaxing vibe—you can really unwind while enjoying the scenery. There’s also a comfortable outdoor seating area with a fire pit, which made the evenings extra special. Sitting by the fire with the river beside you was an amazing experience.
