We had a wonderful stay and did not want to leave! The setting was absolutely magical - right on the water with a truly incredible view. The apartment was modern, clean and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfy. The four of us took advantage of the kayaks and rowboats available for guests. The hosts were so welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return some day.

The property itself is spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. It is thoughtfully designed with attention to comfort and functionality, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms are large and airy, with plenty of natural light, and all the facilities provided were in excellent condition. From a fully equipped kitchen to cozy common areas and comfortable bedrooms, everything was just as described and more. One of the standout features is the availability of an electric car charger, which was a major convenience for us as EV users. It made our travel plans much easier and stress-free, and it’s a great addition for any future guests who rely on electric vehicles. Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient from the start. They were easy to contact, responsive, and very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was reassuring to know that assistance was readily available if required, though everything ran so smoothly that we hardly needed it. Overall, this property is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. My friend and I came here for a nature experience in comfortable surrounds and the experience was spectacular. It was also only made possible through a very solicitous host who picked us up with his own boat when the boat we took dropped us at the wrong island. We were warmly greeted by his entire family who, in turn, did us another favour, and were taken very close to the cabin by car; at the schoolhouse a table had been set for us to eat at. We had to walk up the hill for less than ten minutes, which was fine for us, but would be impossible for someone with a heavy suitcase, so we would recommend coming here with only a backpack. The little box was both cosy and roomy and we enjoyed just sitting, reading and taking in the view. Everything about the place was luxurious - the design, the bed, the scenic WC, the seats outside from which to enjoy the view, the precise position of the cabin - but some food would have been greatly appreciated, if even at an added charge. It seems obvious and we went prepared with groceries, but because of the day of the week the only store open on Florø had a limited range and we subsisted mainly on supermarket bread during our trip. Bear in mind that weather is, of course, variable, and if you're booking far in advance you don't know whether you'll end up with heavy rain; potential guests should be okay with that. Even with rain, Reksta was the highlight of our trip.

Location is perfect and the view is amazing. Really beautiful view from the bed through the panoramic window. The place itself is not big, but it is sufficient for a couple and really nice and cosy. It also has a parking space.

Really nice house with a stunning view. We stayed here during Christmas and New Year’s Eve and had a lot of snow, which created a very nice atmosphere. The house is quite new and was really clean. Contact with the owner was pleasant and they responded very quickly. The ski resort was also a pleasant surprise, both for beginners and advanced skiers.

The cabin was well furnished with cooking utensils, bedding, lovely sitting area, two bedrooms, shower with strong spray. There was no breakfast delivered. The gentleman who we spoke with was very accommodating and had we known the facility would be so lovely, we would have cancelled other hotels and stayed there for an additional night or two.
