10/10 – A perfect mountain retreat! Staying in this wooden cabin was truly one of the most beautiful travel experiences we’ve ever had! The house is perfectly located in untouched nature, right on the Peaks of the Balkans trail and next to a gently flowing river. Waking up to the sounds of nature, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and looking out through the large glass windows — absolutely magical. The cabin is spotlessly clean, cozy, and modern, yet warm and in harmony with the surroundings. Surrounded by a forest of fir, pine, and spruce, it truly felt like a fairytale. And the hosts? Incredible! So kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They gave us great hiking tips and shared interesting stories about the local area. We felt completely at home. This is a place we’ll never forget — perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and genuine hospitality. Thank you for everything, we’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Dad was a great host. His son provided excellent service and spoke great English. Mum cooked great food and provided very generous lunch. Food from the farm was fresh and tasty. Newly built cabins were very comfortable. Setting was short distance from Peaks of the Balkans and easy to reach. Very peaceful country setting. Highly recommended - it was our favourite stay on the trek. We wish them well.

Exceptional accommodation for nature lovers, with the loveliest owner! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the camp. The location is unique, right next to the lake, with mountains surrounding it. We used the boat to explore the lake, campfire and hammock while looking at the shooting stars. Big thanks to Almas, his parents and the whole family!

We stayed in the cottage #1. It was very clean and cosy, comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 4 people. The lake view from the balconies is stunning, perfect place to have morning coffee. Property has private parking and is conveniently situated if you are planning to drive to different hiking areas. We really enjoyed our stay 🫶

An authentic Montenegrin stay in a setting surrounded by mountains. Completely natural setting with wild meadow, cows and chickens grazing and a flowing river nearby. The Katun is basic but was extremely comfortable and meet the needs of our day hikes out and back into Prokletije National Park. A perfect place to stay after a long hike. The huts are super cute and the bathrooms brand-new with hot water! The huts have no heater but you can ask for extra blankets and heater. The hosts are 11/10! I got sick and they brought me selfmade herbal tea and food I could eat and I felt well cared for. Because I was to weak to hike after the flu my partner and I asked for a taxi to Shkodra and they were so nice to give us a lift. We were so thankful for that! We would definitely come back!

In a quiet area of Valbone (away from all the other hotels and guesthouses on the main road) with spectacular views of the valley mountains. You have your own little house, with clean and comfortable facilities. Host is super friendly, even if language barrier is a problem. No wifi but that means you have nothing else to do apart from enjoy the views…!

Fantastic place to stay in the mountains. Excellent views all around and hikes straight from the bungalow. We stayed as a family with two 16 month olds, the room was excellent for us, very clean and warm. The surroundings were beautiful, kitchen well equipped and had a nice area to have breakfast. Children loved the trampoline. Owners were very friendly and extremely helpful when we had a problem with the car. He took us to town to find a new battery and sorted the problem out with the rental company. I'm not sure if they do food but the restaurant next door was very nice and very reasonable. Looking forward to returning in the future!
