They welcomed us with delicious snacks, refreshing cold towels—so refreshing in the heat—fresh fruits from their garden, and delightful homemade lemon juice. As a thoughtful gift, they even offered us cinnamon sticks from their own tree! The treehouse itself is beautiful and has everything you need, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a toilet. Sleeping among the trees in the jungle is truly special. In the morning, even we told the owners that we are leaving really early, they prepare food for us. Breakfast was fantastic, featuring fruits, vegetables, and spices from their garden, which was simply amazing. This lovely couple truly embodies the warmth and hospitality of Sri Lanka. I can’t recommend this place enough!

A fridge, a minibar and stovetop are also provided, as well as a kettle. our absolute favorite stay in sri lanka! we kept extending it because oh we loved it so much. 1. the place is ideally located between dickwella and hiriketiya. close to the main road but far enough to be quiet! (important for us) 2. the room is extremely clean and well-thought out. very beautifully decorated with so much love and attention to detail. we had everything needed and couldn’t ask for more really. having our own kitchen was a huge plus and you can also do your laundry here. 3. the host Dasitha is one of the nicest (if not the nicest) person we’ve ever met. he was so patient and humble and truly cared about our experience…! very welcoming and friendly. great communication too. made our stay so special. helped us a lot in all possible aspects of our travel. feeling very grateful we decided to stay there and meet him. 4. the space: there’s a quiet outdoor area with sunbeds. we loved it! 5. unbeatable value for the price.! we couldn’t wish for a better accommodation! can’t recommend enough and look forward to coming back. thank you so much Dasitha!
