We had a wonderful stay and it was the perfect base for us to explore the island. The owner was so helpful with advice about car rental before we arrived. The desserts made with local fruits were delicious and very appreciated after a day of hiking. Loved the private deck and bath. We would definitely stay here again if we come back for a visit!

I travel alone and she has took good care of me! Staying here definitely enhanced my experience in Yakushima :)

Yakusugi Land is 34 km from Cottage Yakusugi House, while Scuba Diving Ever Blue Yakushima is 1.4 km from the property. Yakushima Airport is 8 km away, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service. Beautiful home in a convenient location. Lots of space, fully stocked with everything we needed. We hope to stay here again next time we visit!

There is a private bathroom with bidet in some units, along with free toiletries, a hairdryer and slippers. Located near the bus stop 62 if you don't have a car. Also well located to hike the Arakawa trail, I was able to take the first bus without problems. You can also order bento for the trail the day before if you want to, which is super convenient. Also located near a supermarket and the main town, if you want to buy supplies or eat in a local restaurant. It was super clean and super comfortable.
