He quickly replies to any of our questions using Whatsapp. He gave us a lot of valuable information (restaurants, transport options, places to see and where to go for shopping, etc.) The apartment is really huge and comfortable with two bathrooms (extra points here!). It has also a nice garden (we used it for the breakfast time). The special option is to go the LaFarina restaurant which is located just a few steps next to the apartment (recommended Fiorentina steak was excellent).

We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.
