Around are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurant as well as small shops or supermarkets. So everything can easily discovered and reached by feet. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor for 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and everything looked freshly renovated. The apartment has everything that is needed, including a small kitchen and a capsule coffee machine. What is very comfortable is that you can enter the property and the apartment via PIN code, so you don’t need to carry keys / cards with you, that could get lost. Last but not least, it is a family runned business. Giorgio and his family were so kind and friendly! This would have deserved an extra point in the rating.

It was so pretty and comfortable and we immediately felt at home. The work done to convert it to accommodation was excellent with evidence of impressive workmanship of the host’s husband who had done all the work himself. It was light and spacious with a beautiful view.The host was very friendly and wanted us to have everything we needed. She left a substantial breakfast including bacon and eggs in the fridge .

The property has garden and quiet street views, and is 50 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. The property is non-smoking and is located 49 km from Golfclub Patriziale Ascona. Great location. Very comfortable for a short or long stay. Owners were extremely helpful and accommodating.
