We stayed there twice, one night at each end of our two-week holiday in Donegal. We found it a great place to spend our first night after a long flight to Dublin airport (which isn't too far away) and also for finishing off our trip in beautiful and relaxing surroundings. On previous trips to Ireland we'd stayed at other places in County Meath on our first and last nights and they had all been really good but Rathgillen Cabin has become our favourite. Peter, the host, is a very friendly and welcoming fella so we's love it if he'd come to stay with us at our home in Bulgaria some time. And the village has a handy shop, a great pub and a wonderful cafe where we had our final breakfast befor heading home. We were also delighted to discover that Nobber was the birthplace of the 17th Century blind harpist. Turlough O' Carolan whose music we've loved for a long time.

Balsoon Lodge er staðsett í Navan, 8,6 km frá Trim-kastala og 9,4 km frá Solstice-listamiðstöðinni. Boðið er upp á garð og garðútsýni. The decor the homely atmosphere, the warmth we felt as soon as we entered the property. Like a home from home except total luxury. Beds were so comfy. Homemade bread.. Fresh eggs and cheese and wine on arrival.. Bliss

The property was clean and had all the facilities needed. We did not stay here for long enough to use them which was a shame. Definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again.
