La struttura è accogliente e posizionata lungo il fiume. Siamo stati fortunati ed abbiamo visto degli oranghi già dal balcone della nostra camera. La camera era pulita e ben decorata, chiaramente sapendo che si trova al margine della giungla. Il personale era molto disponibile. Abbiamo potuto organizzare con il loro i trasferimenti per e da Bukit Lawang ed il trekking di due giorni nella giungla. Le nostre guide, Ewin e Rudy, sono state davvero perfette e ci hanno fatto passare due splendidi giorni! Da sapere che la maggior parte delle strutture turistiche si trovano lungo una strada pedonale in cui possono passare solo degli scooter. Dei ragazzi giovani, che lavorano per la struttura, sono venuti a prenderci al parcheggio in scooter ed hanno trasportato noi e i nostri bagagli fino alla struttura.

On The Rocks Bungalows, Restaurant and Jungle Trekking Tours - From May to September only stay here if you are booking jungle treks with us - feel free to contact us about our Jungle Trekking services... We were treated like family at on the rocks, wawan and his team were so helpful and friendly that we instantly felt at home. I cannot recommend staying here enough. We did multiple treks with Wong and he was wonderful, so much information to share but also never even felt like he was a guide. Treks can be suited for your fitness level but you are almost guaranteed to see orangutans no matter where you go. The restaurant was also delicious.

Ubicato a Andalas, a 50 km da Bung Hatta Palace, l’alloggio Livio Homestay propone una terrazza, il WiFi gratuito e il servizo in camera. Questo alloggio con vista sulla montagna prevede un balcone. The homestay currently consists of three one-room cabins and a small house w/ a compact kitchen. It’s located in a quiet area away from the busy main road. The owner is a very kind elementary school teacher who lives near the homestay with his family. I stayed in one of the cabins and enjoyed the cleanliness, the hot water in the shower, the excellent WiFi, the exceptional view from the back porch, and the incredible hospitality of the whole family.

It's a quiet place..I really enjoyed my stay.. the staff was nice and very easy to deal with upon check in and check out.. its not too far from town..the room was clean also the bathroom..the owner just cleaned the pool only to give fun to my daughter..really appreciate that..will stay with the same homestay if i come again.

Ecolodge Bukit Lawang si trova a Bukit Lawang e propone WiFi gratuito, giardino, terrazza e ristorante. The accommodation is set in the forest across the rope bridge close to a transport hub and local shops, cafes where u can buy snack and drinks were u are supporting the local community. The room was clean and well presented the shower had tepid water which is exactly what is required. Mosquito net proved over the bed. The restaurant venue is hi completely constructed with bamboo it is open and airy with a lovely view of the river it also has a great food menu and bar with good service, the Wi-Fi in this area is very good, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms which we enjoyed :-) Breakfast was nice and plenty of coffee. It’s only a 20m walk down to the river for a lovely swim. We did a single day’s trek in to jungle booked through the hotel after arrival. We walking from the lodge, we saw 5 Orangutans and the Alpha Male plus another 3 different type’s of monkeys all this was in the first few hours, the lunch was nice fruit and rice our guide was Aldo who was young but very professional ( highly recommend) he was smartly dressed fully equipped with a first aid kit ( leeches) and also spoke English it was a pleasure to be in his company. We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights thanks to all the staff We were also there over the weekend no karaoke from across the river
