Don’t really know where to begin. Everything was perfect! Paula and Andreas are incredible hosts and took their time to talk us through the story of how Kalma came to be. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and had some great conversations. As for the villa itself, gosh it was stunning. Truly a luxury retreat in nature. The view from our room was gorgeous and the bed was SO comfy. The services were top notch including amazing dinner delivery, delicious breakfast options and relaxing spa sessions. The 360 yoga shala view was stunning for sunrise, don’t miss it!! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again! The view from the huts is absolutely stunning, and our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every day - and we loved the thoughtful touch of getting a little extra treat each morning featuring traditional food. The owners really pay attention to detail and also offer a variety of activities for guests (at an additional cost). We tried a few and enjoyed them, but we were just as happy relaxing on our terrace. Such a calming and beautiful place - can highly recommended!:) P.S. One more thank you for the bonfire each evening!

Anya is an amazing host and we had a wonderful time there (and great food) surrounded by nature! You can trust him with the rice field tour as he knows everything about the place and he will show you every side of the agricultural life of Tetebatu, alongside with black monkeys and waterfalls. It was a beautiful experience to stay with him and his family and we wish them the best for the future!

Jull's is very patient in answering questions on WhatsApp. He arranged everything of hiking on Mt Rinjani - the must to do experience at Lombok - either a 3D/2N or 4D/3N tour to summit. The room is well prepared and in local interior design. He also sent my kindle forgot in the room after check out by express - though the fee of driver to the express office are much more expensive.

Very kind and helpful staff, we could easily get a taxi to Kuta or rent some scooters from the stay. Very good food in place and not very expensive, we noticed even people outside of the hotel came to eat. Bedtooms very good overall and 5min walk from Are Guling beach. Super nice stay!

Location is great, and strategically placed.
