Owner met us at the gate and was very informative. The little house was very clean and appointed. A good amount of privacy and the private soaking pool was excellent. Screens and AC but no bugs for us anyway. Quiet area very close to center of town with places to eat and beach toys to rent. No neighborhood barking dogs. A restaurant called La Carrera very close by was easily the best place we went to on the whole trip. We went 3 times. As a spoiled American that is picky about food, it would be a go to even at home in the US. Good cellular service.

You can walk to a few nice restaurants and grocery shops. Despite the lack of an AC there was a cool breeze through the apartment and the temperature was ok to sleep well.
