Able to get it very cost with the log burner on a very cold night. Little welcome extras, which are a lovely touch. Very attentive host.

Rivendale Lodge Retreat, a property with a bar, is located in Ashbourne, 22 km from Chatsworth House, 22 km from Buxton Opera House, as well as 28 km from Alton Towers. We had exceptional stay at Rivendale Lodge Retreat, In the middle of the nature park. Very modern and clean accommodation. We loved everything there. We tried to extend our stay but unfortunately was fully booked. For sure we will comeback again.

Absolutely gorgeous setting, high up above the village of Hope and close to the ascent to Win Hill. This little cabin is located on a charming hillside, with sheep and lambs coming up to the gate to say hello. Very idyllic and quiet at night (save for the bleating lambs!) with a gorgeous view south across the valley. There is a little barbecue and outside seating area to take it all in. The cabin itself is compact, but clean and with everything you need for a quirky couple of nights' stay. Would absolutely book again.

Everything is perfect , the cabin is so well equipped, it’s warm and welcoming the location is amazing so peaceful, the cabin is spacious and spotless, we enjoyed the hot tub after a cold walk around the beautiful lake

Situated in Cressbrook in the Derbyshire region, The Lodge has a patio and river views. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the holiday home free of charge. It felt like living a bit in the now and a bit in the past. It was comfortable and had all the things we needed. Most of all, the setting and the view is beautiful. I loved the bird songs the sheep across the valley, the horses in the pasture next to the house. And the house was cozy and cute.

Very detailed about how to get to the property. A very friendly and peaceful place to stay! Milk and a few snacks were put out for arrival, this was a bonus! The doggos all playing together.
