We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location, view and the apartment is impeccable in every aspect. The photos on booking are a true reflection of apartment so you know what you're getting (contrary to many other postings for Arcs 1950). We had lots of space and kitchen equipment/cutlery for 5 people. Bedding is of a very good standard. Everything in the apartment is like new. Quiet apartment, yet in the middle of everything (+ ski in/out). ski lockers were heated which is a bonus. The host is very responsive and accommodating. we arrived 4 hours before standard checking but the host did her upmost to get the apartment ready for us early and at short notice. very much appreciated after a long drive. thank you.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Chalet Eden Vanoise is a recently renovated chalet situated in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, 8.8 km from Les Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry. We had a small window to meet her which we were a bit late for as we got lost, but she was understanding. The owners were lovely and the views from the accommodation were breathtaking. The facilities were very good. There were lots of cooking equipment and a large fridge available. The TV was a smart tv and this made it very easy to stream. The shower is amazing! Very close to Val d'Isere which is where we visited. I recommend visiting Annecy as well as it was lovely. You could tell it was all new and the decor was very nice. Arc 1950 - Chalet des Lys - appt Luxe 4 pers is a recently renovated apartment in Arc 1950, where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi, ski-to-door access and spa and wellness centre. A hot tub is available for guests, along with a hammam. The apartment has private parking, a sauna and a 24-hour front desk. Staying in Arc 1950 has been a dream since I first skied through it a few years ago....Arnaud's apartment has made this a reality! It is a beautiful place, perfectly fitted out so that it is smart and functional but also feels welcoming, cosy and relaxed. I was worried that the sofa bed would not be big enough for two large teenagers, but it was fine....just like a double bed. Everything was clean, comfy and well presented. Host provided concise but thorough information and responded quickly to any queries. Skiing from here could not be easier: walk out the room....a few steps to the lift down to the ground....then a few more steps to the heated boot room with your own locker (fitting 4 sets of skis & boots). Plus from the balcony you can see how busy it is before heading down! Access to onsite spa & gym was great. Didn't use gym but newly refurbished sauna and steam room were fab. Large indoor jacuzzi + decent outdoor (heated) pool - not long enough to do serious lengths but stunning views of mountains and sunset. Various ski hire options in village, great bakery open good hours, and decent, well stocked Carrefour all within a 5min walk. Lively little village with plenty going on and options for all ages. Recommend booking underground parking space in advance with Effia. Spaces under the various accoms in the village - just follow the signs. Chalet de Lys (the block housing this apartment) only has about 6-8 bays near its lift but if you don't get a space there on arrival, it's worth checking throughout your stay for cars leaving (bays a little tight for large modern SUVs but still doable). Overall, a magical experience and can't wait to be back there again :)

Boasting accommodation with a terrace, La vue du Roi - Detached chalet (6p). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the centre of Vallandry, with a beautiful view is set in Landry. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and La Plagne is 16 km away. The chalet was really well appointed, with excellent views and within easy distance of all village facilities. It is in a very quiet location. Bathrooms and kitchen facilities were very good. Boot racks in the property were a bonus. Property was very clean and has been well looked after.
