The cottage is amazingly arranged: you have everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, sauna, all is very clean and cozy (decorations deserve a special mention!) Juha is a very considering and supportive host, whenever we needed something, he was there to help! He also picked us up in Utsjoki to give us a ride to the cottage from Utsjoki bus station and back when we left, this was really nice and appreciated! As for the location - our cottage was located right in front of the river which is a natural boarder to Norway, the mountain view is really beautiful and impressive. Nearby (3 min walk) there is a restaurant, so you can always go there for a nice dinner. On the territory of the accommodation there is a Northern Lights Tower, which is a place where all tour guides bring their guests. This gives a special mention - you don’t need to book additional tours to see the Lights, everything you need is right here! Juha has also arranged a shelter for 2 baby reindeers, they will not live there all the time, but it was amazing to see how well cared they are.
