We were given two large brand new rooms for our family of four. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the view over the water was fantastic. It was easy to arrive to the hotel using the free shuttle bus from the Abu Simbel airport (we got dropped off at the hotel's doorstep), and returning by the hotel's arranged tuktuk was equally straightforward. The hotel is within easy walking distance of good restaurants and they also have a restaurant onsite. The young man who seemed to be in charge of everything was wonderful.

The property is soundproof and is set less than 1 km from Nubian Museum. I loved my stay at the Nubian Studio. Best location to enjoy the Nile view and sandy dunes, peaceful, colorful and spacious. Friendly neighbourhood. I would book it again without any doubt. I miss it already!!!

The view was amazing beautiful place.it was away from the noise in town on its own on nice and quiet.only few minutes boat ride what I enjoyed everyday.the owner couldn't do enough for us.brought breakfast and tea and bottles of water.
