The place is split in two locations, so there are two bars, two pools even two restaurants. we chilled one day at the first and the second at the other. At both places we were met with friendly people and super service! I recommend doing the activities they provide in the hostal and just enjoy being there!

Very comfortable and private tiny house off of the main entrance road to Tayrona. The houses are surrounded by nature and the balconies provide a great place to watch wildlife and take in the beauty of the surroundings. It is around a 45 minute walk or quick shuttle ride to get to the main trail head of Tayrona. Host was extremely welcoming and helpful (we had some car trouble and the host was a major resource in getting our issues resolved).

The room was incredibly spacious and had a wonderful view. The terrace had two hammocks so we could both enjoy the relaxing views and sounds of the forest. It is a secluded area and you will need to walk a good 15min to get to the hotel, but the peace and beauty are well worth it. Breakfast was included and we feasted! It had a homemade vibe to it, and we ate something different everyday. For other meals, the hosts offer a delivery service from restaurants in the area. Drinking water is available at all times. The hosts are incredibly kind, hardworking, and love the area. They have a lot of great tips for you to enjoy your stay and explore the surroundings! They are by far the best hosts we have ever encountered and will come back the moment we can! This place respects the nature around it, and it feels wonderful to be able to reconnect with nature in such a comfortable manner.

Polo has clearly built and handpicked everything in this finca with so much love and dedication. Located deep in the jungle, it offers a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature, with only sounds of the wildlife and a river nearby for a refreshing dip (and weirdly, the WiFi was still one of the fastest I’ve used in Colombia). The food is simply outstanding - the best I’ve had in months of traveling South America. Alvaro, the chef, mostly uses ingredients from the finca’s own farm, creating delicious, well-balanced, and creative dishes. The chocolate tour is a must—easily the best chocolate I’ve had in South America. Everything here feels real, organic, and unforgettable!

Mr Darian and staff were amazing and very attentive to our needs. The meals they prepared for us were organic and delicious. Something different than the typical rice and beans 😅

Quetzal Dorado Eco-Lodge by Mareygua is located in Los Naranjos, only 1.5 km away from the entrance of Tayrona National Park in El Zaino. Beautiful Lodge in the middle of the jungle with great views. Food was delicious! Cordial staff, highly recommended!

This is a beautiful house with outstanding Mountain Views. You can see the dedication of the owner on every detail. It has everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Premium mattress and linens, hot water, tasteful decorations and lots of small details. Yuca restaurant is a few steps away and we enjoyed great breakfast and dinners. Tayrona Park is 10 minutes walking distance.

Las Tekas is a a great little newly opened place - a short walk from the main road, down a side road, and very close to the Calabazo entrance to Tayrona. The hosts were especially lovely - very welcoming and happy to give valuable advice about the park and local area. Teka (the hotel dog) was also very cute and friendly, which was a bonus. They've only been open for a month so everything is brand new, and they've built a fantastic viewing deck on the top of the property for (unofficial) bird watching and views across the jungle. It was fantastic value for money and very well located - would definitely recommend.
