The staff specially Mr Chen they are always ready to help.The location also it is the best.,around the corner are the street food and there is a river where u can chill after doing some tour. I was happy i booked this hotel if i will ever go back i will book this hotel again:)

My stay at Guan Yun Shan Ju was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Tucked away in the serene mountains, this lodge truly lives up to its name "Cloud-Gazing." Waking up to a sea of clouds right outside our window was nothing short of magical. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a tasteful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. The wooden beams and soft lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional; they were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was another highlight! We enjoyed delicious, locally-sourced meals that were both fresh and flavorful. Sitting on the terrace, sipping tea, and watching the clouds roll by was the perfect way to unwind. It's an ideal retreat for anyone looking to disconnect from the city's hustle and bustle and reconnect with nature. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning.

Huating Homestay is an absolute delight. The moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the beautiful, well-kept garden full of flowers. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had a very warm, homey feeling. The host was the highlight of our trip. I had a wonderful stay in Zhangjiajie! The location was absolutely perfect, offering a clear and stunning view of Tianmen Mountain. The room itself was beautiful, well-appointed, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The hosts were incredibly kind and generous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! The location was not only quiet and peaceful, overlooking a beautiful landscape, but also very convenient. It was just a short distance from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, making it easy to explore the area. The airport and train station were also easily accessible, which made travelling to and from the property very simple. It’s the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. Our hosts, David and his wife, were exceptionally kind and generous. They made us feel truly welcome from the start and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even shared their Autumn Festival celebration with us, prepared a lovely breakfast, and thoughtfully arranged a taxi for our departure. Their home was beautiful, and their warm hospitality made the entire stay incredibly pleasant, leaving us with wonderful and lasting memories.

Fantastic place! The hotel is family-run,the hosts are very helpful (they will help you plan your visit to ZhangJiajie park and around and even book for you tickets). The location is very convenient,only few minutes away from the west entrance of the park, in a quiet open place. The bedroom was large, clean and well-equiped. We recommend the place and would definitely book again if we were to come back to Zhangjiajie !

The property is situated close to Tianmen mountain but away from the busy streets, which we liked. The owners were lovely and welcoming. After checking out, we left our luggage there whilst we explored the area, which we appreciated. The owners offered to take us to the train station but we opted to get a taxi as we had some stop-offs to make on the way. The room was nice and clean, and the AC was amazing!! The breakfast was lovely, though my chopstick skills are woeful! The hotel seems to be family run and they are all so lovely.

Embraced by the greenery, No.5 Valley Inn is 2 km from the west gate (Yangjiajie ticket booth) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

Everything was exceptional. I’ve never felt so cared for at a hotel and I travel quite a bit. From arrangements made to visit parks, to an unbelievably good breakfast and dinner! Try the duck, it’s fantastic.
