Robert was an excellent host, who also included me to hang out with some of his friends and family that were visiting him at the lodge. He arranged all my activities for me and was very flexible. Also the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. It was more like visiting a friend than staying at a hotel.

Free WiFi within the entire establishment, and a local craft store where guests will find souvenirs. - Spacious and comfortable bungalow with good utilisation of space and enough storage - The staff were incredible and so helpful with booking us taxis, storing our luggage etc. nothing asked for was too much - Great location and very central

Cabañas y Casa Kauken offers three cabins and one home accommodation in Puerto Natales. Free private parking is available on site. A stunning cabin, with beautiful views! Everything was perfect for a couple of nights relaxing post a week camping. Highly recommend Kauken! David was great! Incredibly kind and attentive. Honestly one of my favourite places that I've ever stayed.

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.
