A little bit outside of the tourist center, but that comes with a benefit of peace and a view to kill for. The rooms and facilities (like the shared breakfast room/ kitchen) are great. But it's all about the hosts : Franklin and Clara make you feel like home instantly. Always ready for good advice, helping buy tickets, and a nice chat while finishing breakfast. The coffee and fresh made juice were enough reason to get out of bed for.

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. All rooms have a patio with inner courtyard views. We had an amazing time with Nacho at his place! We shared food, wine & stories! The location is beautiful with hammocks and an outdoor kitchen. We were able to use bikes to get to and from town which made getting groceries very easy. Nacho was a great host, very accommodating, helpful and generous.

Casita La Brea was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit to San Pedro de Atacama. Raphael and Ian were fabulous hosts. We were not in the area for very long, so our days were packed with activities. Ian had all kinds of suggestions and tips for things to do, as well as what not to do or be aware of, which was super helpful. I would think if you arrived with nothing on your schedule, Ian would have you seeing the best the area has to offer in no time. It was amazing to walk outside each night and feel like we were among the stars. The Casita was clean, inviting and had everything we needed for our stay, and then some! I only wish we had had more time to relax and take in the magnificent views while sipping our morning coffee as the view was spectacular. Highly Recommend Casita La Brea for your stay in San Pedro
