Very cozy small chalet which is totally great for 2 people. It has small sauna which one can use at any time (for example after skiing in the neighboring area). Equipment is new and comfortable. Views from the windows are amazing. Next to the chalet village one can find a good restaurant to have a dinner. Breakfast was delivered directly to the house and contained regional products.

Set in Grundlsee, 83 km from Salzburg, MONDI Chalets am Grundlsee provides two restaurant and free WiFi. The location of MONDI in Grundlsee is very convenient - we took a day trip to Hallstatt which was just 30 minutes drive, and another day we drove the panoramic route to Loser Altaussee. The MONDI resort staff were very welcoming and friendly - my husband and I are American and English speaking and the staff was always quick to accommodate with a smile. We enjoyed the spa / wellness area each day during our stay - while the steam bath was out of service, we still were able to use the 3 other saunas and the pool. The food was exceptional as well - from breakfast to dinner, we left satisfied and pleased with each meal. They offer a seasonal venison menu and we loved trying new things we don't normally get to eat! The chalets themselves are so charming - our studio had a mini kitchen, supplied with utensils, dishes, and cookware, and a good size refrigerator. The heated floor in the bathroom was awesome, too! Can't say enough great things about our stay.

The surroundings are lush and beautiful, and the modern design of the place, with its wood accents, perfectly complements the stunning valley views. Most importantly, the host, Werner, was incredibly flexible, thoughtful, and communicative, especially when we had to adjust our dates several times. Thank you, Werner!

Well located, beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable and stylish apartment, well equipped kitchen, sauna, quick responses from the owners in case of any questions... Book immediately without any hesitation! The place is so beautiful and unbelievable. The view is astonishing, you just need to sit on the balcony and admire the nature. The check in process is so easy and all the details will be provided to you via email. The apartment is so large with full appliances. My planned place for next visit, definitely :)
